If you are making or receiving a call between employees in your business, these calls will not need to transit the PSTN (public switched telephone network). As such, you will not be charged for these calls, even if you are on a PAYG plan. This applies whether your employees are located local, interstate, or internationally.

If you would like additional support for the remainder of your IT environment, we are a Microsoft Gold partner and would be happy to assist you, however there is no obligation for additional services.

Yes. The Teams calling packages are designed to work just like your regular Microsoft Teams functionality and are ideal for WFH, Remote, and Hybrid working environments. Just as you can initiate a regular Teams voice or video chat from outside the office, you will also be able to make a Teams call to a phone number while working remotely.
Remote employees calls will be routed over the internet to your company’s PBX. From there they are routed by Sentrian Telecom (via our Session Border Controller) to the public switched phone network (PSTN). As long as you have an internet connection and a compatible device, you’re good to go!
Yes. You can configure your calls to automatically record, or allow employees to manually enable call recording on any of our plans.
